Submitting a Support Ticket
Submitting a support ticket ensures we receive all the information needed to assist you quickly.
Submitting a Ticket In-App
To submit a ticket in the app:
- Open the Streets app.
- Navigate to Settings >Support.
- This will launch your native email client with prefilled details.
- Add any additional information and hit Send.
Submitting a Ticket Without an Account
If you do not have an account, you can still submit a support ticket by emailing us at support@thestreetsapp.com.
Submitting via the app is preferred as it allows us to gather additional details (e.g., account and device information) to expedite the resolution process.
