STREETS CREDIT POLICY

1. Definition and Nature of Streets Credit

"Streets Credit" is a proprietary, non-transferable digital balance system operated by The Streets App, LLC ("Streets," "we," "us," or "our"). Streets Credit:

• Is not legal tender, currency, money, or a financial instrument
• Is not a stored value card, gift card, or prepaid card under any applicable law
• Has no cash value until successfully withdrawn through the Stripe Connect cash-out process
• Represents only a conditional right to apply the balance toward future Streets purchases or request withdrawal
• Is not guaranteed, insured, or backed by any government agency or financial institution
• May be forfeited under certain circumstances as described in this Policy

2. How Streets Credit is Earned

Users may earn Streets Credit through the following methods:

• Ticket Resale: When you sell a ticket through Streets' peer-to-peer resale marketplace
• Promotional Programs: Referral bonuses, promotional credits, or other marketing initiatives
• Administrative Credits: Credits issued by Streets as goodwill gestures or dispute resolutions
• Other Programs: Any future programs designated by Streets for credit issuance

Credits earned through resale are initially issued as "Pending" and become "Available" 72 hours after the associated event ends. This holding period protects against fraud and chargebacks.

3. Using Streets Credit

3.1 Purchases on Streets

Available Streets Credit may be applied toward purchases on the Streets platform, including:

• Event tickets (primary sales)
• Resale tickets from other users
• Merchandise and products
• Reservations and table bookings
• Any other goods or services offered on Streets

Important Usage Restrictions:

• Credits can only be used through the Streets mobile app-not on the web
• Credits cannot be partially applied-you must use your entire available balance or none
• Credits cannot be combined with certain promotions at Streets' discretion
• Purchases made with Streets Credit are subject to the same refund policy as cash purchases (all sales final)
• Minimum card payment for partial credit orders: When Streets Credit does not cover the full purchase amount, the remaining balance charged to your card must be at least $1.00. If applying your full credit balance would result in a card charge of less than $1.00, your credit will be automatically adjusted to ensure the minimum card payment is met.

3.2 Non-Transferability

Streets Credit is strictly non-transferable. You may not:

• Transfer, gift, or sell your credit balance to another user
• Combine credit balances from multiple accounts
• Use another user's credit balance for your purchases
• Create multiple accounts to accumulate or transfer credits

Any attempt to transfer credits or circumvent these restrictions may result in immediate forfeiture of all credits and account termination.

4. Cash-Out Process and Requirements

4.1 Stripe Connect Requirement

To withdraw Streets Credit as cash, you must:

1. Complete identity verification through Stripe Connect
2. Provide accurate personal information (legal name, date of birth, address, last 4 of SSN)
3. Link a valid U.S. bank account for deposits
4. Agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement
5. Be approved by Stripe for payouts

4.2 Stripe Approval - No Guarantee

THE STREETS APP DOES NOT CONTROL STRIPE'S APPROVAL DECISIONS. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Stripe may deny, suspend, or terminate your connected account for any reason
• Streets cannot override, influence, or appeal Stripe's decisions on your behalf
• If Stripe denies you, your Streets Credit remains valid only for platform purchases
• Streets is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by Stripe's decisions
• Stripe's requirements, policies, and approval criteria are subject to change without notice
• Compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) laws is mandatory

4.3 Payout Timing

• First Payout: May take up to 7 business days for new Stripe accounts
• Subsequent Payouts: Typically processed within 2-5 business days
• Streets is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe, banks, or other third parties
• Payouts are subject to Stripe's fraud prevention and verification processes

5. Limitation of Liability

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Streets Credit has no guaranteed cash value
• Streets is not liable if you cannot cash out due to Stripe denial or restrictions
• Streets is not liable for any errors, delays, or failures in the credit system
• Streets is not liable for unauthorized access to your account or credit balance
• Streets is not liable for changes to Stripe's policies or services
• You assume all risk associated with earning, holding, and using Streets Credit

6. Prohibited Activities and Forfeiture

Streets reserves the right to immediately forfeit all credits and terminate your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate the credit system
• Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes on transactions involving Streets Credit
• Attempt to transfer, sell, or barter credits with other users
• Create multiple accounts to accumulate credits
• Provide false information during Stripe Connect verification
• Violate any terms of this Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable laws
• Engage in suspicious activity patterns as determined by Streets

7. Chargeback and Dispute Prohibition

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT INITIATING ANY CHARGEBACK OR PAYMENT DISPUTE RELATED TO STREETS CREDIT CONSTITUTES A BREACH OF THIS POLICY.

Streets Credit transactions are:

• Final and non-reversible once completed
• Not subject to refund, reversal, or dispute
• Documented and tracked for fraud prevention

If you initiate a chargeback:

• All pending and available credits will be immediately forfeited
• Your account will be permanently banned
• Streets reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover all costs and damages
• You may be reported to fraud prevention databases

8. Credit Expiration and Account Status

• Streets Credit does not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing
• Credits may be forfeited if your account is terminated for policy violations
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 24+ months) may be subject to credit expiration with notice
• Streets reserves the right to modify expiration policies with 30 days' notice

9. Waiver of Claims

By earning, receiving, or using Streets Credit, you expressly waive any and all claims against The Streets App, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates relating to:

• Inability to cash out credits for any reason
• Stripe Connect approval, denial, or restrictions
• Payout delays or failures
• Credit forfeiture due to policy violations
• Changes to the credit system, policies, or terms
• Technical errors or system failures
• Unauthorized account access
• Any other losses related to Streets Credit

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Policy or Streets Credit shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the state of incorporation of The Streets App, LLC.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO:

• Trial by jury
• Participate in class action lawsuits
• Participate in class-wide arbitration
• Bring claims as a private attorney general

11. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

This Policy, together with the Streets Terms of Service and any other policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Streets App, LLC regarding Streets Credit.

14. Modifications

Streets reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Streets website or app. Continued use of Streets Credit after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.
