Registration Confirmation

It is essential that we have your correct email address as we will email you an order confirmation with your tickets upon successful ticket purchase or registration.


No Refund Policy for Ticket Purchases

Once paid, registration fees for The Streets App Event Tickets are non-refundable. Any terms on this page referring to "Event Ticket(s)" also apply to any other digital products sold on The Streets App. If a registrant/purchaser desires to reschedule his or her attendance at an event, they should contact the event organizer as in most cases, they are transferable to another date so long as you provide at least thirty (30) days written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the registration. The rescheduled event must take place within one (1) year from the original event date. The unused original ticket purchase will suffice as evidence.


Cancellations/Postponement

The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone any event hosted on The Streets App at their sole discretion. If an event is canceled or postponed, we will offer all purchasers a full refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any Ticket fee(s) already paid. The Streets App, LLC. is not responsible for airline tickets, hotel costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs, and/or expenses the registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow fifteen (15) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.

By purchasing an Event Ticket on The Streets App, you acknowledge that once paid, the Ticket fee(s) become non-refundable. Any right to a refund is not dependent on whether you choose to attend the event(s).


Tax Information

All sales are priced on the website and app inclusive of all applicable VAT or other taxes, where applicable. If necessary, tax will be calculated at checkout and displayed.


Payment Information

The Streets App, LLC. is a US-based business with the ability to process most bank cards in many other currencies. We presently accept credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and Diner’s Card in all currencies available on our website, as well as PayPal and American Express payments in USD only. The payment amount charged to your credit or debit card will be processed in the payment currency displayed on the checkout page. The amount you pay in your selected currency may be based on a currency exchange rate, which is set at the time of purchase. This amount may fluctuate based on changes in the exchange rate between your selected currency and USD. The Streets App, LLC. is not responsible for any changes on our website after your payment or discrepancies against rates listed by other foreign currency exchange services.


User Requested Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and not refundable. No request from customers will be honored. Please understand, when you purchase on Streets. All sales are final and not refundable. Even if you choose not to attend the event or wish to cancel or return your ticket and/or purchase.


Refund/Return Policy for Products and Merchandise


Digital Tickets are always non-refundable.

All purchases, whether of a physical good, service, software, or downloadable product made on-site are non-refundable. No exchanges; all sales on-site are final.

Products provided and/or sold by The Streets App partners, event organizers, promoters, or otherwise affiliated parties are subject to the return policy of the respective other party.


Changes to this Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. We will notify you of any material changes to our Refund Policy by posting the new Refund Policy on our Site. You are advised to consult this Refund Policy regularly for any changes.

This Refund Policy is effective as of March 23, 2024.
